Our locally sourced chestnut logs are ideal for woodburning stoves.  Our 12 inch logs are best suited to larger stoves so please check they will fit before ordering.

Delivery

Deliveries can only be made in Kent ( excluding the ULEZ)

We will call you within 24 hours to confirm your order and arrange a delivery date for you.

Delivery is free on orders over £75. 

Orders less than £75 are subject to a £5 delivery charge. 

Orders less than £50 are subject to an additional £5 low order fee. 

We aim to offer the best delivery service possible and are happy to place your order anywhere on your property. your fuel will be neatly stacked or tipped into your bunker. 

Delivery is typically made within 1-3 working days (during adverse weather or exceptionally busy periods this could be longer). 

Deliveries can be arranged for a day or time that suits you, including weekends. (This is done on a first come first served basis).

We have no call centres you will always be speaking to us directly. 

Payment Options 

Online: You can pay for your order online using your debit / credit card or PayPal account.  We are currently using PayPal to securely process all online orders.

Pay by phone: We can accept credit or debit card payments over the phone.  These are securely processed by Worldpay. 

Cash on delivery: You can pay us with cash or cheque upon delivery of your order. Just select the "Cash on delivery" option when placing your order online.

Bank transfer: If you would like to pay is using a direct bank transfer select the "Cash on delivery" option when ordering and leave us a note to include our bank details on your invoice.
